07.12.2018 – To The Elect

I hear a lot of talk going around about the witnesses not being in unity. Perhaps we are not fully of one mind on everything, for we are individuals and have our own thoughts. When it comes to the divinity of the work coming out of Brazil we are of one accord. When it comes to the carrying forth of the work here in Zion, we are not all in agreement.  So then what do we do?  Sit back and do nothing? I am not one to lay aside the work that I have been given to accomplish. I was there in Brazil also, I heard the instructions given as did some others. The instructions that were given were not followed, but were altered to fit preconceived ideas or traditions. I deal honestly with my fellow man and especially with the Lord. The desire of the Lord was and still is, to obtain a consensus with the “elect” in Zion.   Matt 24:23……..“the very elect, who are the elect according to the covenant.”

All the witnesses have the “Words of Moroni” and the plan of action is clear.

Some of us are making plans to work to find that consensus and when we do then we can confirm the ordination that was given in Brazil, whereupon the reconstruction of the “Original Church” can begin. This reconstruction must be done before the translation can be published. A few of the witnesses may not agree with these procedures, and the cry is that we have to move in unity.

John 6:66-68 “From that time many of his disciples went back, and walked no more with him. Then said Jesus unto the twelve, Will ye also go away? Then Simon Peter answered him, Lord, to whom shall we go? thou hast the words of eternal life.”

Here we see some disagreed. Did His disciples sit down and quit? Of course not, nor should we quit because some don’t agree.

1 Kings 18:21-22  “And Elijah came unto all the people, and said, How long halt ye between two opinions? if the Lord be God, follow him; but if Baal, then follow him. And the people answered him not a word. Then said Elijah unto the people, I, even I only, remain a prophet of the Lord; but Baal’s prophets are four hundred and fifty men.”

We know that Elijah did not quit because the people “ answered him not a word.”

If the Lord be with us we will set this “ship of Zion” sailing, those who believe are welcome aboard.

As with any time God has a plan the adversary is there to thwart it.   The work of God will not be frustrated and this will resolve and the work will go on, whether here or in Brazil.  These are unique events, unfolding before us,  and it requires extraordinary faith and trust by all of us.  This is the time prophesied of  when we are required to take the Holy Spirit as our guide and where we must walk by faith and not by our own knowledge or calculations, for all of man’s knowledge is in vain without that insight and leading, line upon line, by the Creator of All in All.  We plead with all those who are reading this to join with us in earnest prayer for those whose calling, blessing and responsibility it falls to receive insight from the Lord for the direction of the Church, the work and the translation of the sacred text.  We pray that each of us, to whatever extent needful, will relinquish our preconceived ideas of deliverance of GOD’S people in Zion as well our own concepts of doctrine and law, so that we can be filled with God’s divine principles.   We pray that the mercy of our Eternal Heavenly Father will, through the free gift of His Son Jesus Christ and through the intimate voice and leading of the Holy Spirit,  remind us that we were molded of clay and as such are both able to be remolded if we are willing OR are dispensable and God can remove us and put another in our place, if not.  Our Eternal Father calls us on to a work of unimaginable value for all of humanity, IF, we would simply listen and obey.  For His work and His glory let our prayers remain … THY Kingdom come, THY will be done, on earth as it is in heaven….Amen.
